I went through my clippings of “Humanly Possible” by Sara Bakewell. Damn, she’s good! How can she be that good? I only went back to the audiobook to transcribe my clippings, but had to resist listening to the whole thing again. Her writing kept drawing me in. She’s smart, organized, engaging, and so much in command of her subject and her writing. I never run out of praise for her. All her books are amazing.
